Manta del Lago was born in Ajijic from a simple idea: that the most beautiful clothing is that which carries the time of its maker. We work with local artisans who have embroidered for generations, using cotton gauze, the fabric that has clothed Mexico for centuries.

We are the opposite of fast fashion: each garment takes days to make, uses natural materials that improve with time, and is crafted by hands we know by name.
