Refund policy
At Manta del Lago, we want you to love every piece you own. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can request an exchange or store credit following the conditions detailed below.
We issue store credits only—no cash refunds. Credits can be used for future purchases on our online store. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, odor-free, stain-free, and have original tags attached. Exchange or return requests must be made within 14 days of receiving your order. Sale/clearance items and personalized or custom-fitted pieces are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
To start the process, email admin@mantadellago.com with your order number, name, and reason for return. We'll send return shipping instructions. Once received and inspected, you'll receive a store credit for the garment price (shipping costs excluded).
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, notify us within 3 business days. Manta del Lago will cover return shipping and manage the replacement or credit at no cost to you.
